The first section of this book sat on my shelf for over twelve years. God's wisdom is infinite and he is in control. I have a license to carry a weapon now. My weapon was locked in my glove box as required by law when transporting a weapon in a motor vehicle. I was arrested and sent to the county jail, before having the charge dismissed. Thank the Lord for putting me back on my square. The problems and dilemmas I face as a father, husband, and most importantly a black man in America is not isolated to Canton, Ohio. We must quit complaining, complying, and conforming. We must start confronting and changing the system that has society believing that the black man is a criminal. How many more generations can we afford to lose?
